Hi, I’m Madison!

Hey, and welcome! I’m so glad you found me. My name is Madison Paige Staff and I’m the owner of MAD Aesthetics, your Aesthetician + Brow Specialist!

I get asked all the time how I got to where I am today and if I always knew I wanted to be an Aesthetician. Here’s my story—

Growing up an athlete and perfectionist, I always wanted to be the best and fastest I could be so, any and all things self help, motivational and wellness is my jam. I knew I wanted to something in the healthcare field, but wasn’t sure of what exactly.

During college I was so invested in my health that I decided to study Nutrition to become a Dietician. I absolutely love learning about the body, biology, chemistry, and how what we put into our bodies matters so much! This lead me to living my life as “clean” as possible. I got off my birth control that I had been on for almost a decade because I didn’t want any synthetic hormones in my body any longer—and here’s where the breakouts started. Up until this point, I never had any skin issues. I didn’t know how insecure having pimples and breakouts could make you feel. So, I tried products left and right, saw a Dermatologist (that did nothing but prescribe medication) , DIY’s, watched videos— you name it, I probably tried it. My interest in skincare and the aesthetic world peaked during this time period + seeing an Aesthetician and researching endlessly on why our skin reacts the way that it does, I began to grow my passion. From there, I decided I wanted to be in a career field where I can help people feel the best in their skin + make their skin look it’s best.

Fast forward to 2016, I received my Paramedical Aesthetics License from the Institute of Cosmetology, Esthetics & Massage. After graduating, I took many additional certifications and practiced my skills as much as I could. I worked at a spa for a few months but realized that wasn’t for me. I began to build my own clientele and started my business (formerly known as Madison’s Avenues) in my parents game room of their house in the fall of 2016. I quickly built up a clientele and in the spring of 2017 I decided it was time to rent my first salon space. Since starting my business I have continued my education every year by taking new trainings and attending aesthetic conferences and events. I have added services over the years that I stand by and brought on products that I truly use and trust.

Skincare and Eyebrows are truly my passion and what has contributed to my confidence today. I believe what sets me apart from other aestheticians is my background in nutrition and my own personal journey with skin health— I have been there and have so much empathy for anyone struggling with their skin.
